I'm not a very political guy. Really. I'm not. But I did vote yesterday and it got me thinking a bit more about local politics. Has anyone out there ever run for a seat in your local government? Do you get involved with the Chamber of Commerce? Anything like that?
The discussion I had last night over beer with Dawn, revolved around the idea that Cambridge focuses so much of its attention on bringing people into our community from outside, and not doing enough to keep us locals interested in the community. It just got me thinking. I'd love to hear your impressions.
