For those of you who were there, you will be able to tell your grandchildren the tale. The tale of the little garage sale that could. The tale of an idea for a village wide garage sale, that can now boast being the only garage sale in history to stay open well past bar time. The tale of the great deals, frienly customer service people, and the fun had by all.
Hey people. This will be happening again next year and it will be bigger and better. Our little planning committe is already talking about the details, so stay tuned. You don't want to miss this one next year.
A big thank you to the Rockdale Lutheran Church for the use of the tables, and to Heather's for keeping us full of food, alcohol and nicotine.
And of course a big huge thank you to everyone who participated to help establish the sale as a tradition in Rockdale for years to come.
