Our very own Mark Gerlich volunteered to head down south to help with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. His wife, Annie didn't have much information on where he was going or exactly what he was doing, but I hope to get more info to post soon.
I wasn't suprised to hear that Mark was on his way down there. He is one hell of a guy, and I'm damn proud to call him a friend.
Send your best wishes and prayers his way. I know we all hope that he stays safe. The people he will be helping are lucky to have him there.
By the way, sorry for the picture. It was the only one I could find of the guy. He's usually smiling!
